Draft 01 – Texture, Lighting, Furnishing
We apply materials, lighting, textures, and furnishings to create a near-final CGI rendering. You’ll review and give feedback on those details.

05Draft 02 – Edits
We implement all requested changes and refinements to ensure your project aligns with your expectations. This is the final major revision stage before completion.
Final
The final 3D renders will be delivered upon completion of all revision requests from D02. Minor error corrections after this stage will be provided free of charge.

What files do I need to send in order to start a project?
Typically, you can send us any type of file - from simple hand sketches to detailed video briefings. At a minimum, we recommend providing drawings, architectural or design sketches, and mood boards, reference images. If you have a clear vision for your project, feel free to share everything you’ve got.
While we’re flexible, we prefer to receive:
- CAD, PDF, or other vector files for plans and drawings.
- RVT, 3DS, MAX, or OBJ files for completed 3D models.
What software do you use for 3D rendering and modeling projects?
We use industry-standard software like Autodesk 3ds Max, Revit for 3D modeling and rendering. For post-production and visual enhancements, we typically work with Adobe Photoshop, Corona Render, Lumion and V-ray.
