MR Rendering is an offshore 3D rendering studio founded by three passionate archviz artists. Our journey began with the launch of a renowned rendering academy in Vietnam, dedicated to nurturing the next generation of 3D talent. Many of our alumni have gone on to shape the industry with their expertise in architectural 3D visualization.

As the academy’s legacy grew, the founders envisioned a new chapter – creating a professional 3D rendering studio where years of cultivated talent could thrive. With over 15 years of experience, a team of 30 skilled artists, and two strategic branches in Vietnam, MR Rendering delivers high-quality 3D rendering services for real estate, architecture, and interior design industries across the globe.

CEO & Co-founder - Creative Director

With 10 years in architectural visualization, Phong blends design expertise with global project experience. As Creative Director, he leads the studio’s visual direction and guides the team in maintaining top rendering quality. Outside work, he’s a passionate barista and specialty coffee expert.

Hung Nguyen

CEO & Co-founder - Vision & Strategy Director

With 10 years in architectural visualization and a background in architecture, Hung brings strategic thinking and long-term vision. He leads the company’s development and manages key projects. Formerly a teaching assistant in architecture, he is also a skilled table tennis player with a deep love for tea culture.

Chinh Phan

CEO & Co-founder - Finance & HR Director

With over 10 years in architectural visualization, Chinh has a solid background in architecture, technical drawings, and construction detailing. He oversees the company’s finances and HR, while also supporting project delivery. Outside work, he’s a skilled swimmer, pianist, and has a sharp eye for beautiful videography.

Tung Nguyen

Art Director

Tung holds a degree in architecture and has over 10 years of experience in architectural visualization. With a sharp eye for visual storytelling, he focuses on crafting high-quality imagery. As Art Director, he also mentors the team in aesthetics and rendering. Outside work, he’s a skilled football player.

Duc Nguyen

Team Leader – 3D Artist

Duc holds a degree in architecture and has 10 years of experience in architectural visualization. Known for his organization and multitasking skills, he ensures smooth project workflows. With a cheerful spirit and great humor, he also leads team-building and internal events.

Hien Tran

Team Leader – 3D Artist

Hien is a trained architect with 10 years of experience in architectural visualization. Known for his strong aesthetic sense, he consistently delivers high-quality visuals. Highly organized, he also excels in task and team coordination. Outside work, he’s a talented singer who brings music and energy to the team.

Exterior Visualization Team

We are a team of professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality results.

With degrees from top Vietnamese architecture universities, the team has strong expertise in design, technical drawings, landscape, and software. With 3–8 years of experience, they combine flexible thinking with precise execution. Whether working solo or in teams, they consistently deliver timely, high-quality visuals. Regular training in new technologies, including AI, keeps their work both innovative and refined.

Interior Visualization Team

We are blending architectural expertise with feminine sensitivity to create refined, livable spaces.

With backgrounds in interior architecture and real-world construction, the Interior team excels in visualizing diverse design styles. They are skilled in technical drawings, spatial planning, materials, and furnishings. Predominantly women, the team brings empathy and a refined feminine touch, creating interiors that are elegant, practical, and human-centered.

3D Modeling Team

A team mastering precise 3D modeling to turn complex designs into clear, detailed visual reality.

With solid expertise in architecture, construction, and 3D modeling, the Modeler team is skilled in technical drawings and design details. They are involved early in each project, creating accurate, detailed models of buildings and interior products. Their precision work supports the creative flow of the Exterior and Interior teams, ensuring high-quality visuals on tight deadlines.

Admin Team

A meticulous and reliable team bridging all departments to keep projects running smoothly and connected.

With strong professionalism in operations and communication, the Admin team supports both clients and production teams effectively. They ensure smooth coordination and consistent information flow, helping all projects meet high standards. Known for their precision, reliability, and friendly approach, they are the bridge that connects departments and strengthens the company’s culture.
