MR Rendering is an offshore 3D rendering studio founded by three passionate archviz artists. Our journey began with the launch of a renowned rendering academy in Vietnam, dedicated to nurturing the next generation of 3D talent. Many of our alumni have gone on to shape the industry with their expertise in architectural 3D visualization.
As the academy’s legacy grew, the founders envisioned a new chapter – creating a professional 3D rendering studio where years of cultivated talent could thrive. With over 15 years of experience, a team of 30 skilled artists, and two strategic branches in Vietnam, MR Rendering delivers high-quality 3D rendering services for real estate, architecture, and interior design industries across the globe.

Phong Huynh
CEO & Co-founder - Creative Director
With a decade of experience in architectural visualization, Phong brings a strong architectural background and has contributed to several internationally recognized projects. As the Creative Director, he shapes the studio’s artistic vision and leads the development of visual style and rendering quality across all works. Phong is also actively involved in project management, ensuring both creative excellence and execution standards. Outside the professional sphere, he is a passionate coffee enthusiast and a skilled barista with deep knowledge of specialty coffee.
Hung Nguyen
CEO & Co-founder - Vision & Strategy Director
Hung has 10 years of experience in architectural visualization and a background in architecture. He previously served as a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Science and Technology – Da Nang. Known for his strategic mindset and long-term vision, Hung leads the company’s development roadmap and direction. In addition to his leadership role, he is directly involved in managing key projects. In his free time, Hung is an excellent table tennis player and has a deep appreciation for the art and culture of tea
Chinh Phan
CEO & Co-founder - Finance & HR Director
Chinh brings over 10 years of experience in architectural visualization, with an architectural background and a strong foundation in technical drawings and construction detailing. He leads the company’s financial operations and human resource management while also taking part in direct project oversight. Outside of work, Chinh is a strong swimmer, a gifted pianist, and has a keen eye for filmmaking.
Tung Nguyen
Art Director
Tung holds a degree in architecture from the University of Science and Technology – Da Nang, and brings over 10 years of experience in architectural visualization. With a sharp eye for visual storytelling and composition, he dedicates much of his time to producing high-quality imagery. As an Art Director, Tung also plays a key role in mentoring and training team members, helping them refine both their aesthetic sensibilities and rendering techniques. Outside of work, he is an avid football player with impressive skills on the field.
Duc Nguyen
Team Leader – 3D Artist
Duc graduated in architecture from the University of Science and Technology – Da Nang, and has 10 years of experience in architectural visualization. Known for his strong organizational skills, Duc excels at coordinating multiple tasks and ensuring smooth workflow across projects. His cheerful personality and sense of humor make him a beloved figure in the team, and he plays a vital role in organizing internal company events and team-building activities.
Hien Tran
Team Leader – 3D Artist
Hien is an architect by training, having graduated from the University of Science and Technology – Da Nang, with 10 years of professional experience in architectural visualization. He has a keen eye for aesthetics and consistently contributes to the production of high-quality visual work. In addition to his technical and creative strengths, Hien is highly organized and effective in managing tasks and team coordination. Beyond the office, he is known for his remarkable singing voice and often brings music and energy to company gatherings.
